Motorola Q Firmware Update

motorola-q9.jpgIf you have one of those Windows Mobile Devices called a Q, well there’s an update for your firmware.  Interestingly enough, the download page says your device has to be within warranty coverage in order to download it.  Anyway, check this site for a walk through because surprisingly enough, Motorola didn’t make the update easy.  Way to go Motorola you’ve just ensured I’ll never buy anything from you.  No software updates to customers after the warranty period & a painful update?

You are correct, Motorola did not make the update easy by having to download software and print 2 pages of instructions! And to reiterate the sentiments mentioned above, I will never buy another Motorola. My blackberry was far superior.
